The Oklahoma City Metro area is rich with organizations doing the long, hard work of early stage career readiness – case management, human stabilization, mental health support, family reunification, and more. The depth and breadth of this work have made building employer relationships for those who are almost ready to launch into long-term careers a real challenge. What can be done about this?
What started as a dream to figure out how to link these amazing organizations, the individuals they support, and local employers who are the backbone of our city rather quickly turned into a holistic organization that seeks to do two things:
- 1) Listen Intentionally
- 2) Partner Well
